Cozy 1 bedroom beach apartment just a short walk away from Panama City’s beautiful beaches. There are public beach access points near by and Rick Seltzer park is near by if driving is needed. The space This is a 1BR 1B full apartment located on Beach Dr; just a short walk to the white sandy beaches. Walking almost right across Thomas Dr there is a public beach access and Rick Seltzer Park both of which have parking if you prefer to drive. The triplex is towards the East end of Panama City Beach with plenty to do and eat/drink near by and also has a washer and dryer. Guest access This is the back upstairs 1BR 1B apartment of a triplex. There is a fence and gate around the backyard. Please stay out of this area even if gate is accidentally left open. When you pull in there will be a sidewalk leading you around to the left of the triplex that leads you to the stairs that access the patio of the unit. If you keep following this sidewalk on the ground it will bring you to the laundry room. You will only have ONE (1) parking spot out front of the triplex. Please follow the check in instructions for parking details. Other things to note The other units are being rented to family and friends so please be respectful! These tenets currently have dogs that they keep inside, on a leash, or in the backyard. They tend to bark at strangers sometimes, but they are actually friendly. However, to be safe please leave the dogs alone. Please be mindful when parking as well.
