Our cozy, bright apartment is located as a single apartment with separate entrance in the basement of a 2-family house. An outdoor seating area is available. In the bedroom there is a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. There is room for another person on the sofa bed in the living area. This is also a "normal" bed with mattress, size 90 x 200 cm. The two rooms are separated by a curtain. There is a TV in both rooms. In the fitted kitchen there are all kinds of kitchen utensils as well as a particularly large refrigerator with freezer, in which larger quantities of supplies can also be stored. There is also a dishwasher and microwave in the kitchen. There are two coffee machines available: one for pads (e.g. Senseo) and a "normal" coffee machine for filter coffee. The modern bathroom with exterior windows has a comfortable shower with glass sliding doors. A washing machine as well as an iron and ironing board are also provided. - Free Internet access / Wi-Fi Guest access The apartment is located on the backside of the house with its own entrance. Please drive past the house on the right past the stairs all the way to the back. This is your parking space. Then go down a few steps to the left - that's your entrance. There is also a key safe in case we are not there. You will receive the code upon request before arrival. Other things to note No smoking inside the apartment, but there is an outdoor seating area where smoking is possible. 1 toddler up to 2 years in the parents' bed is free, a crib is not available! If the child is to sleep on the separate bed, this counts as a 3rd person with a corresponding surcharge, regardless of the age of the child!
