Nice holiday getaway location within walking distance to the beach and restaurant. Ideal accommodation for couples or Families. This 1 x bedroom unit is perfect for the weekend get away or longer stay if that suits. There is a fold out queen bed for extra guests. The space This neat and tidy one bedroom unit offers 2 x queen size beds(1 x main bedroom and 1 x fold out wall bed in the common area). Inside the Cane coffee table is a Weber BBQ and Table near the Laundry. Drag the table out the front and enjoy cooking in the sun. This unit also has it's own laundry and a shared wash down area when coming back from the beach. Guest access Guests can use the Car Parking Space(no2), wash down area and Clothesline. The washing machine and dryer is dedicated to the Unit so use when ever you want. There are boogey boards and fishing rods in the laundry for guests use, please wash reels with tap water when finished. Other things to note Phone reception is limited in the unit but works fine on the footpath out the front. WiFi is excellent and is great for remote working. Lockbox is around the back(entry via Bennett St) and code will be given out on the day of arrival so check your phone and emails on the day. Registration Details PID-STRA-5389
