This traditional cottage with vintage quirks has been newly renovated for the 2024 season! It is an upside-down house to take advantage of the incredible views of Caldey Island and the beach. Located within the town walls, you will never be more than a stone's throw away from all Tenby has to offer. Rain or shine, you can head across the road down to the beach, or take a wander up the street into town to peruse Tenby’s many shops, cafes and restaurants. The space The cottage is in the centre of town and opposite the beach. It’s homely, with enough space for a family of 4, and beautiful views from the living area upstairs overlooking St Catherine's Island and Caldey. Guest access Guests can use the entire property. Other things to note Stepped access. No downstairs bathroom. No on site parking; however you may be able to find a space along the side streets off a road called the Esplanade, although during peak summer times, usually between the months of May to September, it may be a little busy. Street parking is first come, first served. There is a car park called the Rectory car park, multi-storey near the Sainsburys store and the Five Arches Car Park just outside of the town walls. All are reasonably priced and within walking distance of the house. Please note, there are numerous steps within the property to access the various levels. The backyard also has some rather steep steps, however the level that they access has no use to guests (as seen in image). During the Summer months Tenby is pedestrianised, however if you enter via the arches, the warden will allow your vehicle in to drop off luggage if you explain that you are staying in a holiday let. Please note: there are bunk beds in the single bedroom upstairs, with the master bedroom downstairs. The bunk beds are to be used at your own risk. Please assess for yourselves whether your children would be safe to sleep.
