The space The villa consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is the master bedroom, a 2nd small bedroom with 2 bunkbeds (sized 200x80cm each), bathroom, shower, living room and fully fitted kitchen. It opens to the front balcony that overlooks the garden, pool, and view to the sea. The second floor is accessible both from indoors via an internal stairway, or from outdoors via a 2nd entrance with a separate key via an external stairway, and can be used either way as you please. On this floor there is a small bedroom with its own comfortable en-suite bathroom, own mini bar, and 2 balconies on either side with beautiful views. Every room is air conditioned, all matrices are new and anatomic, and special attention has been given to ensure high pressure on all showers and good sound proofing. Since early July 2021, we have just finished gardens and landscaping, as well as beautiful pergolas for shade on the ground floor as well as 1st floor balcony. Starlink Satellite Internet installation is available in all indoor & outdoor areas, reaching speeds of 50-400mbps. Please note as of 2026, there has been a new building complex built in front of the property (towards the sea) which has reduced the sea view towards Tsoukalia beach (please see latest pics added). The sea view still remains uninterrupted towards Molos beach on the right hand side. Guest access The villa is located on a very quiet part of the island's countryside and is ideal for families. A close 10 minute drive to the vibrant Naousa town, 20 minutes from the port of Paroikia. The house shares a pool with the other 3 condominiums of the complex. May 2024 update: New, beautiful outdoor sofas have been completed in the front ground floor terrace.
