Beautiful and New Renovated Central, Castle Apartment in Ringgenberg , only 500m from the Ringgenberg Station.Comfortable and clean 2-bedrooms 2 Bathrooms apartment with fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, rice cooker, pots etc.), living room (4K Smart-TV, Free High Speed WiFi, big sofas), dishwasher, Surrounded by breathtaking scenery, right next to Kirchgemeindehaus Ringgenberg and Lake. With the bus stop just a step out the door. The space There is also a small Side patio on the side of the apartment, If guests would like they could take seating out in this area,  and enjoy the Afternoon sun. Apartments size = 72(m2) Please Note. This apartment is ideal for guests looking to be, more outside site seeing then staying in the apartment, as the apartment is a little close to the road, and may be a little noise between 2pm to 6pm, But this is why the rate's are really cheap for this newly renovated apartment. So please if you are to book this apartment you have been warred and update about this and there should be no problem about this over your stay. We thank you for understanding. If you are in need of having the extra bed or mattress provided, you will need to book for the full amount of guests which is 5 guests to receive the extra floor mattress. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Please be respectful towards the apartment during your stay; we do the cleaning after you check-out, but would like you to avoid trashing the place #1:Cleaning We ask all guests to clean what they use in the apartment All items in the kitchen must be cleaned - Dried and placed back where you found them. If not there will be an extra fee to pay. (if you break something, please let us know before check-out). #2: Swiss law There's a law in Switzerland that noise is not allowed between 10PM and 7AM; us and our neighbours aren't too strict with this, just make sure parties quiets down and moves indoors after 10PM; no loud noises during this time! #3:Water. Drink tap water, save the world from too much plastic; the tap water here in Interlaken is fresh alpine water (like Evian), and it's FREE (follow this rule even if you don't book with us). #4: Laundry. If there is a laundry provided in your listing, you will need to buy your own laundry powder or detergent. #5. Parking. Free parking is only on off seasonal dates. Holidays and Pick seasonal dates will be paid parking Please ask for information on free and paid parking 2 days before arrival. Parking is not a part of the listing nor should this be in the reviews of the apartment. We only offer parking as an extra. Never park in Yellow lined parking its privet parking only. #6 Long stays. Cleaning extra fees will be added if a change of bedding, or towels is needed at 5CHF for each. Also extra cleaning can be requested, at a fee of 75CHF bathroom kitchen tops floors washed only. no items in the kitchen would be touched until check out. If your stay is longer than 20days all rubbish and recycling needs to be disposed of by the guests. The guests will need to buy the Bags from AUSFinn Staff at 2.50CHF a bag or from the shops, to be able to put the rubbish out on the right nights.
