3 - Franklin Hub, Place to Relax N Chill

The place feels like out off Mumbai, quite and peaceful. Each Bedroom has it's own bathroom, hall has a TV, sitting area also a dinning table & a kitchen with filtered water, Tea is free, any extra needs can be ordered on line like food, have a garden it's kept clean after use or at cost of cleaning don't have to pay us pay the person cleaning, snacks can be provided on request. Suggestions are always welcomed to do better. There is an AC in the room. The space I have a lot of pride in my space, I would request you to come & enjoy yourselves, no eating or snacks in the bedrooms. Music to be lowered at 23:00 hrs, unless other guests join in then the time will be to stop music at midnight. Guest access We offer Tea in house basic & you can be free to make your own breakfast & need to clean after yourself. During your stay Guest's can call me anytime, I live 5 minutes away. Other things to note Please keep the noise down at 23:00 hrs.
