Do txt for info The space This heavenly villa is over a decade old with a combination of art and antiques with ID using wood and glass over several levels. This villa is also available for smaller groups or for couples during weekdays so please do make inquiries. The space and extra beds will be made available according to the number of pax staying. Hence if you book for say 2persons or less, only 1 room will be allocated. Floor mattresses & linen is available for rm50 per pax. To enjoy the whole villa it is recomended that you book for at least 14 pax as the comfy beds can accomodate 21 pax comfortably. Outside visitora are not allowed for long stays, any visitors above 16 pax will be charged extra as well. This villa is great for those who enjoy nature, tranquility and spaciousness, art works and antiques. However if you want to have family gatherings or a small party please do make enquiries. There is master oasis featuring a beautiful panoramic view of the outdoor pool. All the beds are dressed in white cotton sheets to maximise your sleeping comfort. The sheets are not ironed so it can look wrinkled as its cotton but rest assured its clean. The master suite also hosts its own marble enclosed ensuite, equipped with solar shower & steam room. However the jacuzzi is currently not functioning. The master has a glass enclosed balcony which can open to outdoors. Just off the master is a custom designed entertainment space. Wind down with your loved ones on the plush couches, or the soft carpet. Or do you have a movie in mind? you are more than welcome to bring it along. This is the only living room where there is Tv connected to wifi. There is no tv in any of the rooms. Alternatively, you can choose from a wide selection of board games to play with your family. Please refrain from eating chips or food which can get trapped in the plush carpets and difficult to vacuum. Just outside the entertainment room, there is a large spacious outdoor dining area, equipped with a large fridge, a kettle and plates, and cutlery. Additional utensils and cutlery can be requested if needed. The best way to clean the plates is via the outdoor sink or bring own disposable. There is also an outdoor toilet at the side of the house (right side when facing the house). An exclusive feature of this area is an indoor pond hosting fishes and turtles you can feed once daily with the food provided but not any other food. Pease handle pets with care. There is a unique staircase within the house. No smoking is allowed in the house. The luxury isn’t confined to the inside. The whole master suite and the entertainment room is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows, perfect to take in the beautiful resort style swimming pool just outside. The pool has been upgraded to a system utilising silver ions to kill viruses, bacteria and fungi and minimise use of chlorine hence it is not only safer in view of the pandemic but also less caustic. Guests are welcomed to utilise the huge outdoor space over 2 main levels and the huge expense of space & lovely views at sunset. In the evenings one gets to see arrays of dazzling lights on the walls of the nearby mall till late. The outdoor area is outfitted with a large deck, with a unique feature of a glass bottom to enjoy the fish pond below while dining. Please be advised to bring own towels due to the pandemic. Overlooking the pool, there is a small dining table to enjoy your meals. There is a cabana right off the deck, nestled in the garden area. Put your feet up and get cozy with a book while listening to the calming sound of the little stream bubbling by. You can smoke in this outdoor area and discard butts in the ashtrays provided. In addition to the swimming pool, there is also a mahjong table and a barbecue area, perfect for hosting outdoor events. Theres extra charges for using bbq. Please do help to put it back and clean up after use. And to throw away any rubbish in the plastic bags which can then be tied up and left by the roadside on the left side but not too close to the entrance. . Do let us know in advance if using the bbq. Please throw rubbish in the bins provided and not in drains or fish pond. Please do not bring glassware or food to the pool as its a safety hazard. There’s a trendy & new mall Melawati Mall just 15 min walk away and plenty of restaurants from local, chinese, indian , indonesian & western food. There’s also fast food delivery service , (, food panda,,grab food ) and grab, mycar, socar & local taxis are just a call away. We know that the weather in Malaysia is hot and humid year round, so when you’re finished with the outdoors, rest assured you can unwind and keep cool in this fully air-conditioned villa. There is laundry service available for a fee, a load of laundry of about 8kg will be 20RM and everything will be washed, dried and folded for your convenience within a day. I will open & allocate the rooms as per the number of pax selected and will open the bedrooms starting from bedroom 1 to bedroom 4. two of the bedrooms are big and can accomodate up bet 6 -9 pax.. (There are places within the house that i have kept my personal stuff and there are also places off limits to guests eg upstairs on 3rd floor , pump room etc. ). The house is divided into 2 separate houses with separate entrances . The host sometimes lives on the upper floor but tally separate and not visible from where guests are staying. The lower front entrance is private and unlimited parking is available by street and the house is more than 10 ft above the road so access is via a series of steps to the lower garden and another set of steps to pool and main house. hence lovely views at sunset. There is no indoor kitchen only kitchenette but cooking can be done outdoors as i have provided some tables and sink, a bar and dining table outdoors with chairs , benches , fans and lights. On the second level (pool level) there's plenty of sitting areas also with fans and lights. Please return everything you use back to its place including furniture, mattresses, movies and games etc and clean up dishes, cutlery, bbq etc after use. if you do not wish to wash up, then you are welcomed to bring yr own disposables plates and cutlery. I can provide filtered water at your request. Please put all rubbish in the many bins provided and not on the floor or garden area. Please do not feed other types of food to the fish or turtles as they will get sick. A fridge is located in the balcony area. Cooking stoves (gas) are made available within the outdoor kitchen areas. Please note no pork cooking allowed to respect future guests requests. Please supervise kids as there are lots of water features, slides and steps outside the villa. Please do take care of my pets outside the house too. The house is next to a jungle hence there may be wildlife like squirrels , monkeys, monitor lizards, lizards, bats, civet cat,insects etc. Please do not leave food uncovered for long periods. To ensure safety please do not have open fire or lit candles inside the house or fire crackers inside or outside the house. Please take off outside shoes before entering the house. The villa is by the hillside so it can get pretty breezy so to minimise dust and maximize cooling please ensure the main sliding doors are closed and the doors near the staircase are closed as the high ceilings may make the airconds less energy efficient. Plse switch off all airconds & electricals when not in use. For the convenience of all our guests, the inside of the house remains a 'No Smoking' zone. The outdoor patio is the designated smoking area for all smokers. Whilst we adore pets, this Villa maintains a 'No Pet' rule.
