Large STUDIO-room with private kitchen and office!
Description
IMPORTANT: READ THE HOUSE RULES BEFORE YOU BOOK! Our lovely studio room is almost like a one room apartment, with the only exception that the bathroom is shared. It's located in a historical charming building, squeezed in between fancy shops, restaurants and hotels. The room is huge and you'll have your own private kitchen, large desk and eveything in between. This is where we normally live ourselfs when we're not abroad, so we can guarantee it's a great and comfortable place! The space IMPORTANT: READ THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE YOU BOOK! Please note that this is not an entire apartment but a room although it offers more than a regular room. There is everything you need in the studio. You have a large kitchen and a sitting area on one side, a large desk on another, the bed in the corner and some floor space and a sofa table in the middle. All of this is for your use only and no one else have access to the studio. The bed is a sofa bed, but it's a good one and it has a luxury top mattress on it so it's actually more comfortable than many "real beds" that we have tried. There is almost no shared spaces in the flat, except for a small hall and the bathroom. There's only one more room in the apartment which is also listed on airbnb. So there will usually be another one or maximum two guests in the other room that you'll share the bathroom with. Anyhow, both rooms has real doors with real locks on them and you'll normally not see or meet other guests unless you want to. So it's generally very private. Check in: after 3 pm Check out: before 11 am Guest access ROOM We consider our studio room as a place for having a sleep and good rest after a long day of exploring Copenhagen and for very basic cooking. There're a lot of restaurants right outside the door and we would appreciate if the kitchen is used mostly for a breakfast or a simple meal. Please remember that the studio-room is a room we actually live ourselves and it's full of our private stuff and things, therefore please treat it with a respect and remember there're cupboards and drawers with our private stuff. Also, we are both musicians and our walls/shelves are full of music instruments and it can be quite tempting to try them all. Please consider it as an exhibition :) Accidents happens and we really would like to avoid any uncomfortable situations. BEDDING You will have prepared 140x200cm sofa bed (with 5 cm thick top mattress) with two pillows and two single blankets. KITCHEN IMPORTANT! The house was built in late 1700's, the pipe system in the building is really vintage. Any small food pieces or drop of oil got in the sink causes water to stuck. Please be considerate and wipe the plates with paper towels before putting them into the sink or dishwasher. You are welcome to use the spices/oils which are on the tray on the kitchen table. There will be also coffee/tea tray prepared for you. Fridge. Three shelves of the fridge are for your use. FLOOR No shoes in the room. Please, take shoes of in the hall. BATHROOM Each time Peter comes to the apartment to prepare the room for the new guests, he also cleans the bathroom. Since guests in both rooms will change rather often, bathroom is expected to be quite clean at all the time. Anyways, we would like to ask our guests to be considered to each other and keep the bathroom looking nice after use and keep the toilet shiny ;) Also, please don't leave the bathroom door closed when you don't use it. Let's make it obvious to each other if the bathroom is occupied or not. You have the hooks for your towels in the bathroom on the door (Hotel-room guests have the hooks on the wall). The guests have different colors towels so it shouldn't be a problem to mix up towels if you remember your color well :) Please feel free to use all the shower gels, shampoos, creams etc. that we have on the open shelves in the bathroom for our guests. If you prefer to use your cosmetics and you don't want to share it with your neighbours it will be a good idea to take it in to your room. Other things to note Check in: after 3 pm Check out: before 11 am Please notice, that in case of morning flight, the earliest you can come to the apartment to drop off your bags and grab the key before the actual check in is 11 am. NOISE It's in the very center of the city and the windows in the studio-room face the street. Closing the windows really helps with the noise: even on Saturday night, when party people having a really great time outside on the street, closed windows reduce the noise A LOT. Please, don't forget about this option. We also provide individual packed earplugs for all our guests. If you are a light sleeper and sensitive to the city center noise, we're afraid you won't enjoy staying at our place.
