Check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm Due to other work commitments, I can't accept check-ins after 5pm, but I will do my best to accommodate check-ins before 2pm. Check-in is not possible on dates listed in the house rules and Sundays. (Staying and check-out possible) This is a guest house that is a 100-year-old Japanese traditional house that I renovated myself. The old house is 300㎡ and the field is 300㎡. Recommended for couples, solo travelers, and families. The space The bedroom is a Western-style room of approximately 16 square meters located on the second floor. Please be careful of your head as there are beams sticking out. You have to go up the stairs. For elderly people and those traveling with children, I recommend TAKIO 1 and TAKIO 2 on the first floor of the same facility, or HANARE, where you can rent out the entire house. There are a total of six private rooms in the main house. If you're interested in other rooms, check out the listings on the host's profile. ( There are also two detached buildings and one two-story house. ) Guest access You can use the private room and the shared room. The living room, kitchen, shower room, and toilet are shared with other guests. Other guests' private rooms and staff rooms are off-limits. Other things to note From September 1, 2025, Osaka Prefecture will require an accommodation tax to be paid for stays of 5,000 yen or more (excluding tax) per person per night. We will let you know by message if an accommodation tax applies. Please pay the accommodation tax in cash at check-in. For eligible accommodation fees and tax rates, please check the accommodation tax flyer in the photo. If you come by train, get off at Higashi-Hanazono Station on the Kintetsu Nara Line. Please take either the local train, the section limited express, or the limited express. We will pick you up at the north exit of Higashi-Koen Station by car. If you are coming by car, please come with Eita Minami Elementary School as a landmark. There is an outdoor parking lot in front of the main gate of the elementary school.
