Nestled in a tranquil, secure neighborhood of Namugongo, just 13 km from downtown Kampala, this modern holiday home offers three comfortable bedrooms and lush gardens. Enjoy relaxing on the terrace, cooking in a spacious kitchen with oven and microwave, and gathering around the BBQ. The home features Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and ample outdoor space, making it perfect for families or groups seeking peace near the city. The space With three bedrooms—one ensuite with its own large bathroom and two sharing another—you’ll have ample space. All bathrooms have hot water, and solar power provides backup during outages. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine and essential crockery, and we supply linens and towels. Wi-Fi (available for a small fee) and cable TV (GO-TV) are provided. Guests are responsible for tidying their rooms, while we look after shared spaces like the living room and corridors. Outside, our spacious gardens can host up to 10 people for a barbecue. We live in an organized neighborhood and ask guests to keep noise levels low. We can also arrange transport services for a small fee, including airport pickups and trips around Kampala and Jinja. The home is close to Quality Supermarket, Naalya and Metroplex shopping centers, which offer restaurants, banks, clinics, salons and a gym. Guest access Guests will stay in a secure, gated compound monitored by 24-hour CCTV. On arrival, our manager (Latif or Paddy) will greet you and hand over keys to the house and bedrooms. A caretaker is always available to open the gate and assist with access. Other things to note Because the home is in a residential neighborhood, we ask guests to respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels down and refraining from playing loud music.
