The house has all the amenities for a comfortable stay (toilet, shower). The kitchen is equipped with all electrical appliances (kettle, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave), combined with the living room. There are three bedrooms on the second floor (the first has a double bed, the second has a double bed, the third has a double bed + sofa). There are 10 beds in the house. There is no bath, no swimming pool, there is a barbecue grill. You can sit on the spacious veranda, equipped with a large table and benches for evening gatherings. There is a parking space on the property. Price for June, August - 4000 rubles, July - check the price)) Prepayment for the first day. Check-in after 2pm, check-out before 11am.
