Relaxing haven is private with parking in front of your own separate entrance, there is also a lock box for the key so you may self check-in... Equipped with tea/coffee making facilities with crockery/utensils, fridge, microwave, toaster, jug and coffee plunger. TV with freeview and a comfy queen bed. Ensuite has a lovely gas pressured shower. Explore Picton, take a walk in nature or just relax back on the couch... Enjoy! We are a busy family of five and prefer to let our guests enjoy their own space. I do like to pop over and say 'Hi' on arrival or at some point during your stay, although available to help by mobile or by text at all times. Alternatively, come knock on our door and we will be happy to assist with anything you need. PLS NOTE: We do offer WI FI, although with safe surfer internet protection for our girls, it can be limited. Fibre and a booster helps, but can also be on the slow side at times. Other things to note Local amenities include Fresh Choice and Four Square supermarkets', many Cafes, Bars, Fish and chips, and various Restaurants from Seafood, Indian, Thai/Chinese and Pizza/kebabs. Picton is close to the beautiful Marlborough Sounds and bays. There are many bike and walking forest tracks including the Queen Charlotte track. The Edwin Fox Maritime Museum is to the left of the foreshore, along with mini golf, an extensive playground, water park, merry-go-round and mini train rides for the kids.
