Studio ROom at Angket Pavillion

Angket Pavillion is a property located in Muang, Chiang Mai where all are happening around within 20-45 mins distance. Even building is worn-out, all rooms are newly renovated since 2019! Security guard with CCTV camera in on 24/7, key card is needed to access into the building as well as in the elevator. Here at Angket Pavillion Condo, beside Studio room, we also have 2Bedrooms, Connected Room or Shared room available for cheaper price. Any specify room need, pls contact us before arrival! The space All A/C rooms we have are equipped with a queen size bed providing a basic blanket and pillows. Each room has a small built-in counter area with sink for guests preparing their easy meal, providing a set of dishes, spoon, fork and glasses with electric kettle. All restrooms are equipped with a hot shower, sink, mirror, and toilet with a towel rack. Lobby/Reception is available between 9am-7pm. Online delivery can be ordered to the building. Laundry/Mini Mart is on the ground floor Guest access Here in the condo, We have various types of rooms that should fit any your preference as follows; The Cheap Budget Room; it could be a studio room located at the lower level floor without refrigerator or could be a Shared bedroom with a common area providing a refrigerator. Without requesting any room type in advance, a room shall be allocated as a first come first serve basis. Flexible guests would be preferred as our budget rooms are subject to the availability. The Studio Room; It is a private basic Studio Room with aircondition, each room design offers slightly different decoration or basic amenities depending on its room’s owner. Without requesting any room design in advance, a room shall be allocated as a first come first serve basis. Flexible guests would be preferred as all rooms are subject to the availability. The Shared bedroom; it is a budget private bedroom within the Two Bedroom Unit therefore, even though it is a private dedicated restrooms, but accessed via share space, which possibly be used by others; short/long term guests or the owner/family as well as co-host/manager who may use the toilet in common area if they stay the same period as yours. Prefer easy going guests who do not mind sharing public areas together with others in case there is some. The One bedroom; it is a Master bedroom with a private restroom within the Two Bedroom Unit therefore, the common area is potentially shared with others; short/long term guests or the owner/family as well as co-host/manager who may stay in the second bedroom during your stay. Prefer friendly guests who do not mind sharing public areas together with others in case there are some. The Two Bedroom; Suitable for family and friends, there is one master bedroom with a private bathroom and another bedroom is with private dedicated restrooms, but accessed via shared space. Feel free to contact us via AirBnB messenger for more information :) Other things to note -Keycard deposit of 2,000 THB will be collected in cash upon arrival in case of lost key or damaged keycard, we need to change the lock for security reasons. /the key will be in the room, once check out please put it back in the room and take a photo to confirm and bring keycard back to reception for deposit returned. Passport is requested to be shown and to take a photo for security reasons before giving out the key. -No daily cleaning but can be arranged upon request with extra charge of 450THB/time, in any case if guest left room with very messy condition or equivalent the amount of more than the normal rate of 450 THB, the extra service will be request via AirCover -early check in or late check out need to be inform in advance as the property is working during 9am-7pm, the arrangement needed with and extra fee. -Basic Wifi router is optional service and needs to be requested before arrival since it will be sent from Bangkok. Deposit of WiFi router is 2,000 THB in cash pay upon arrival and received back later when return with no damage. -High speed internet can be upgraded and arranged at your preference directly with your preferred network service at your own cost. -Water usage is 250 THB monthly or per stay if you stay less than a month. Paying upfront at the beginning of every month for monthly rental -Electricity usuage is expected to be paid at the end of the next month via Airbnb requested form or by AirCover; to minimize the usage, Simply turn the A/C and light off when no one is using it. -Motorbike Parking spot is commonly available only for motorbike with Condos sticker, sticker can be bought at the reception (5THB, price as of 2022) without sticker, you bike can be wheel-clamped -Car parking spot can be arrange but subject to the availability with monthly fee of 500 THB (parking spot outside can be parked but not recommended)
