Wonderful View over historic Dresden+Elbe River

Hello there, we just finished renovating our two-story condo with a fantastic view over Dresden Old Town but also close walking distance to the famous Dresden Newtown with it's cosy streets inviting you to grab a coffee, go shopping in small regional craftsman shops or enjoy the lively nightlife. But even if you like to stay home on a rainy day, you are welcome to use the pool table in the living area. Big highlight! We rent out 3 rooms for guests, so you share kitchen and bathroom. The space The house is build in the 1890s but refurbished, the elevator brings you straight up to the 4th floor. If you arrive by car you will always find a parking spot nearby, but also with public transport it is easy to get here. Coming by train please remember to get off "Bahnhof Dresden Neustadt", Dresden Newtown. All facilities to find groceries, drinks, books an other daily utilities you can find at this station also. You will have fast WiFi, a kitchen with everything needed to cook or have a big breakfast and a bathroom opposite your room. We had many guest over who enjoyed the spacious and clean accommodation as well as our hospitality. Find out, you are welcome to stay at our house! Guest access Besides the already mentioned rooms, that are private and only for you, we have a great kitchen and dining room with all supplies. The bathroom downstairs can be used, too. The Corona-Highlight is the Pool Table in the not finished second Guest Room! That way you probably won't miss the pus in Newtown as much. During your stay Just let me know if you need help to plan your stay in Dresden, I will give you good advice and some insider tips you can't find in your books! Other things to note Our apartment is not suitable for Wheelchairs, since as you need to get up 6 steps to enter the building. Inside the appartment it is almost even.
