The front of the unit looks out to the boat ramp reserve with large trees and some filtered views of St Georges Basin. The boat ramp, jetty and fish cleaning table are just across the road, this area also includes public toilets and childrens playground. Just down the road you will find a cafe/ shop and further from there is Palm Beach which is great for the kids, fishing, kayaking etc. It is a great place to relax and unwind and only 10 minute drive to Hyams Beach. We hope you have a nice stay. The space This is a ground floor, two bedroom unit which is part of a five bedroom , two storey house. The unit is totally private and secure from the rest of the house. It includes a large queen bedroom (Fairy Wren Room) at the front and a second bedroom (Kookaburra Room) towards the rear, this room has a queen bed and a double bunk and has a sliding door which opens to the fully fenced backyard. The apartment also has a lounge and dining area, large kitchen and a bathroom which includes a laundry. The lounge and front bedroom both have a large sliding door which opens to a front covered courtyard and garden area. The apartment comes with free wifi. Guest access Guests can park their vehicle on the front lawn and use the clothes line in the backyard. Entrance to the apartment requires one step up. Other things to note 1. You may be able to hear some footsteps through the floor above when the owners or owners friends are staying upstairs. 2. Be careful when walking outside especially just as you come through the gates into the backyard, this area can sometimes be quite slippery. Registration Details PID-STRA-531
