Relax at our cozy home that provides you with everything you need - from style to comfort. The space Ours is a 35 sq meter condo unit converted to a condotel. Located at the heart of Tagaytay City, beside SM hypermarket, minutes away from Sky Ranch Leisure Park, Robinsons Mall with Starbucks, Casino Filipino, etc. Guest access Our valued guests will have a full access of the entire unit. Everything is provided for them to use. Other things to note Few things need to highlight  re: Wind Residences prior to booking. *Wind Admin charged use of ammenities like swimming pool: -Php 150/ person during regular days (Mon - Sun) -Php 300/ person on Holidays *For Badminton court usage, it is FREE for our unit guests from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm if they will be using the court from 6:01pm to 10:00 pm they have to pay the electricity fee of 200/hr.  *Parking fee is Php 400 / night, (multiple entry) located at the basement of our Tower, however, it is subject to availability and should be booked too. Payment is upon arrival.
