This rental villa for 6 guests is a good match for the blue sky and green grass. Perfect for multiple families or dogs! Daisen and Yubara Onsen are also 30 minutes away. We also have a dedicated dog run, so guests with dogs who can be well-behaved are welcome. (In winter, the snow is so deep that the fence can be buried.) The 40-meter deep dog run is rapidly increasing in popularity with repeat guests. The walls are painted blue, so we call it "Navy". The supermarket in Hiruzen closes around 7 pm. If you arrive late, please finish your shopping before you come. If you will arrive after 5 pm outside of the winter season, please be sure to contact us by phone in advance. Late night arrivals during the snow season may prevent you from entering the parking lot, or the pipes may freeze and water may not be available. Check-in from December to the end of February is requested by 5 pm at the latest. If you are going to night skiing, please check in first and confirm the location of the cottage. Also, please come prepared for snow with winter tires, chains, etc. (It is difficult to get chains in Hiruzen.) If it is unavoidable, we may ask you to leave or call the police. If any act that violates public order and morals, laws and regulations, or any act that may violate them is committed in the villa, you will be asked to leave the room regardless of the time. In that case, we will not refund you. Parties, noise, and singing late at night are strictly prohibited as they may disturb other guests and neighboring homes. Also, if you make a loud noise on the deck, the police may be called by the neighboring villas, so please do not make a loud noise. Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Only hand-held fireworks that do not make noise are allowed until 10 pm. We are not responsible for any injuries or burns caused by the use of the facilities and equipment of the villa. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of your belongings. Please take care of your valuables. Especially when using multiple buildings, please lock the entrance and exit at your own risk. Please park your car in the parking lot or in the designated location and lock it. We are not responsible for car accidents or theft on the premises. Guests who bring pets to the villa should be careful about barking, cleaning up after them, etc. In the unlikely event that a pet harms another guest or neighbor, the owner will be responsible for resolving the situation. Pets are not allowed in the bedroom. If there is a large amount of hair on the bedding, it cannot be used by the next guest, so we will charge the actual cost of cleaning. Also, please be careful about leaving marks on wallpaper, curtains, etc. Please pay for any repair costs incurred. Please do not take out the equipment, consumables, etc. in the villa.
