There is a supermarket and laundromat at nearby Koroit, Port Fairy and Dennington. If you prefer to dine out, there are lots of restaurants at Port Fairy, Koroit and Warrnambool. There are two guest suites and two calendars. Either suite can be booked separately for up to two people in each room, or you can book both to accommodate up to four people in two rooms. Guest access You will have your own deck, entrance and on-site car park space. Guests are welcome to explore our property and use the shared outdoor sitting area. Walk to the beach, relax and enjoy the 'serenity'! Our family's house adjoins Guest Suite One and there is a second guest suite next door so there will be some general household sounds, like footsteps and running water. During your stay Your hosts, Helen and Ben, live here and we are happy to share our beautiful natural surroundings with guests who value serenity and respect the environment. We will be available to answer your questions about the area, have a chat and help with anything needed to make your stay enjoyable, but otherwise we will leave you in peace and give you privacy. Other things to note There are lots of native birds on the property and nesting on the beach and coastal reserve. The sand dunes are protected. There is a public walkway to the beach next to our property for locals walking, riding a bike or pet horse (no race horse training allowed) and an access path along the bottom of our land for use by the adjoining neighbours only. So you may see an occasional person wandering past. It is an un-patrolled beach and very quiet. Sometimes a lot of sea weed builds up in our little bay, but it's usually clear if you walk to the right, around the point. Tank rain water and septic tank waste system. There are bees and lots of insects in this natural environment. Best to keep the fly wire doors closed. When walking to the beach, watch out for the rabbit holes these pesky creatures have dug.
