Layout Ground Floor: mudroom, drying cupboard with heater, and double garage First Floor: open planned dining/living/kitchen, balcony with BBQ, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with ensuite, and laundry Second Floor: 1 bedroom Third Floor: loft-style bedroom Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1, First Floor: 1 x King Bed (or 2 x Single Beds) Bedroom 2, Second Floor: 1 x King Bed (or 2 x single Beds) Loft, Third Floor: 2 x Single Beds (or 1 x King Bed) Only these room configurations can change and must be requested in the booking notes for a variation at the time of booking. If booking within 3-weeks: only the default bedding will be set in the property. All bedding, linen, and towels are supplied. Please enter your preferred bedding config in the booking notes at the time of booking. If preferred bedding is not received 2 weeks before your arrival, then the default bedding will be made. All bedding, linen, and towels are supplied for your stay. Firewood is not supplied during Summer (October to May). Firewood can be purchased from the Thredbo Service Station during these months. Guest access Access to all of our properties is via a coded door (or coded lockbox) The code will be sent via SMS on the day of your arrival when the property is ready for you. Before the day of your arrival, once we have received your completed guest registration information, you will receive all relevant arrival information & directions via email. Other things to note Guests will be required to complete a virtual check-in prior to arrival. This includes providing a photo ID, a credit card for the security deposit and signing our lease agreement via digital upload. Kosciusko National Park Entry Fees Apply - All vehicles entering the Kosciuszko National Park are required to have an entry permit displayed on their vehicle and can be purchased either online or from the Snowy Region Visitors Centre in Jindabyne, Cooma, Tumut or Khancoban.
