Bright & Spacious Garden Studio / Bathroom

Our Garden Studio decor is elegant, warm and relaxing due to the natural tones, space and light. The bathroom is separate to the hut by 3-4 metres as you can see in photos. It sits in the family garden which is full of bird song and the neighbourhood is quiet. We sit at the back of a green off of a side road so there is very little traffic noise. We are a 10 minute walk (max) from Haywards Heath town centre and a 25 minute walk through the woods to Lindfield. The space We are very sociable, but the garden room allows for as much privacy as you need or require, please make yourself at home. The studio is opposite our house but there are blinds for you to use as much as you wish. The mattress is an Emma mattress (Britain's most awarded) and we hope it enhances your stay in the garden. The room has an oil heater, a sky light, and double doors which can be opened to let plenty of light and fresh air in. If needed we can provide a fan for those super hot days but it does cool off nicely in the evening. The room is well insulated so also retains the heat nicely in the winter months. We try and use eco- friendly products to clean and source sustainable products, such as the towels and linen. We have a Nespresso machine, but ask that you bring compatible capsules (we can even recycle them for you), there is also a kettle, microwave and fridge to allow for very basic meals. Guest access You will have your own outdoor private garden studio and separate to this is an outdoor private bathroom, about ten paces around the flower bed. Should you wish to, you can also sit in the shared garden area. Guests regularly sit outside and enjoy the garden. There is a chair just outside the studio on the patio and a shared hammock around the side on the lawn. The children go to school but are around after school and at the weekends and holidays. We are very happy to share our space at any time. During your stay We live in the house and will be here during your stay should you be feeling sociable or need anything. We are very approachable and wish to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Please let us know during your stay if there is anything we could be doing better. Other things to note There is a second studio in the garden. I am a massage therapist and have clients visiting the property at times, you are very welcome to book in for a massage during your stay if the timings work and there is availability. Please also note, this is a garden studio in a family garden, our children are well behaved and considerate but they are children and I do encourage them to play outside. Our home sits opposite the garden studio so you will at times hear us as we go about our daily life. This said, however, we are not around all the time and there is a green in front of the property where they can also spend their energy. Occasionally we will have friends over but always try to be respectful of our guests. There is not a television in the studio but there are some books and a stereo. Should you wish to stream something, you are very welcome to on a tablet/laptop. We have put a fridge in the room to allow guests to store perishables and a microwave for something simple but there is not a 'kitchen' per se where larger meals could be prepared. There are lots of lovely food places locally and we are happy for takeouts to be delivered.
