The space Space: Let me walk you through the villa: Bedrooms: (1 bedroom on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor) - All bedrooms have oil heaters - All bedrooms have a double bed. Extra mattresses can be provided on request - Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms Living Room: - The living room is spacious and has a seating arrangement for 10 people - A flat-screen TV and WiFi are available in the living area - Playing cards are available Bathrooms: - The villa has 3 private bathrooms. - All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply - Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided   Kitchen : - Guests do not have access to the kitchen.  - It is equipped with a water-purifier, crockery and cutlery.  FOOD - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals. - Jain meals are available upon request. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge. Raw materials for the same will be charged as per actuals. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. Additional Amenities: - A torch is available - An iron is available - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per session. - Secured parking space for 2 cars is available Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa and all its indoor and outdoor spaces. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities. Other things to note - A refundable security deposit will be collected before check-in. This amount is refundable if the total number of guests do not increase and the checkout time is adhered. - A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - A refundable deposit will be collected before check-in. This entire amount is refunded within two working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here. - Kindly note that only family groups are allowed. Unmarried couples and groups of friends are not allowed.
