2 Bed Apartment Cantonments, Accra

The apartment is located on the premises of our family home. It is an exceptionally good option for anyone who is travelling into Ghana and needs an independent, safe and central location to be in. The apartment is about a mile away from the American Embassy, with international standard hospitals, clinics and resturants within walking distance. We share a wall with Vida Cafe which is a South African Cafe Chain. (similar to starbucks). We are located 10 minutes away from the centre of town. The space The apartment is a spacious open plan aprtment with large windows in both the living and bedroom areas. The space is very well lit and cozy. There is also an outdoor balcony wher you can sit and enjoy the outdoors. Guest access Guests can have access to the apartment through the main gate of the house. The gate is automatic and has a remote forbe for car access. There is also a smaller gate embedded in the main gate which has a key lock for individual access. Once in side the house, you can access the apartment using the key provided at check-in. Other things to note For longer stays 7 days or more arrangements will be made to settle power supply and internet bills seperately. Costs are typically between $5 -$15 a day depending on usage. There is a pre paid power meter to allow easy facilitation. The fueling of the standby generator will also be the tenant responsibility. Tenant will be responsible for their own cleaning and essential supplies like water soap etc.. Tenants are advised to keep the valuables locked up or with them at all time.
