The apartment is a portion of the Villa on the 1st floor with a separate entrance. In the living room there is a double bed, kitchen block, sink, stove and fridge and through a corridor you go to the double bedroom with bathroom and shower. The owners live on the ground floor of the building, and the common areas, which are the garden and swimming pool, will be shared with them. IF AIR CONDITIONING OR HEATING IS REQUIRED, €15.00 PER NIGHT. PETS €20.00 AT THE END OF THE STAY FOR DISINFESTATION Other things to note Upon request, air conditioning/heating available for €15 per night. Additional fee for small pets: €20.00 at the end of the stay.
