All bedrooms with air-con. Flatscreen TV with netflix and wifi. Gated off-str parking for 1 car. The hse has a rustic, eclectic feel with garden, great patio with bbq and pool. Loadshedding solutions: solar lights, gas hob, continuous wifi and rechargeable lightbulbs in lamps. No parties or loud music The space Kitchen has a dishwasher and gas hob with electric oven. Washing machine not included, but laundry can be arranged by separate negotiation. Master bedroom has an open plan bathroom layout and all bedrooms have air conditioning. The garage is excluded from a rental. Lounge has a ceiling fan and freestanding fan will also be provided. This is our home, so some cupboards will be locked, but there will be ample cupboard space for guests to use. Our pool does not have a safety net, so small children need to be supervised.
