The only penthouse in building right in the center of Waikiki Beach is 200 ft away from the Ocean. The privacy is enjoyable at the top. We are surrounded by shops, restaurants, activity shops and merchants. The space is the kind of size you wish for in a lush Airbnb. We customized a two bedroom penthouse into a one bedroom to create more wide space, with a pocket door that divides the apartment into two living spaces with their own full bathrooms. The location is one of the most important aspects, nonetheless we focused on quality when creating this space. The concrete exposed beams create a raw and industrial feeling with an exclusively modern edge. The glass blocks reveal some shadows into the shower when being used, but it’s still very private. The shadows can be seen from the living room, and it gives a light show at night. The bedroom can be very private if shutting the pocket door, which creates privacy for bedroom and second bathroom.
