Our cozy family rooms (comfort) offer you a great sense of space with 24 m² and up to 3.80 m high ceilings! In addition to a desk, your room is equipped with a private bathroom with shower & toilet, a radio, free room safe, WiFi and flat-screen TV. The space We are a small private hotel with 50 rooms in the middle of Berlin - Do you like it personal and a little more individual? Then you've come to the right place. Other things to note ARRIVAL / CHECK-IN The rooms are available from 3 pm at the latest. If you arrive earlier, we will be happy to take care of your luggage and give you tips about your stay in Berlin! Please note that the front desk is open daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. If you arrive later, check-in is via a vending machine. However, a code is required to obtain the key. Therefore we ask you to urgently inform us of your planned arrival time - if not already done when booking. PARKING Parking is available in the area. Optionally in a parking bay on the street (2.00 Eur/h 9 am-10 pm/free on Sundays) or in the guarded EDO parking lot, only 150 m from the hotel (20.00 Eur/24h) in Knesebeckstr. 38-49. We will be happy to inform you of further parking options on site. BREAKFAST Our Berlin breakfast buffet costs EUR 15.00 per person per day. Book for the entire stay and get it for only EUR 12.00 per adult and EUR 7.00 per child (up to 13 years). Children up to 5 years of age eat with us free of charge. Cold and hot drinks are also included! ROOM CLEANING The rooms are thoroughly cleaned and the surfaces disinfected before arrival. During the stay, the staff will only clean the rooms on request. PETS Pets are welcome here. The cost for a pet is EUR 15.00 per night. Payment is made on site.
