Private room with own entry in classic beach house

The private room and ensuite with its own entry is located downstairs of a family beach house. The allocated room is furnished with an eclectic mix of furniture but is part of a new addition. It is light and airy with a ceiling fan & heater. The beach house is situated in the heart of Yamba and is walking distance to nearby beaches, cafes & restaurants and the town centre. Guests have access to a small intimate courtyard area nestled under a frangipani tree which provides a cool charm. The space The original beach house has been in our family for generations and boast some original pieces of furniture and architecture. Please note the bed is only a double size and is an original wrought iron vintage bed. There isn’t a kitchen area but you can make yourself a cup of tea or coffee or enjoy a glass of wine in the courtyard. There is an outdoor sink and bench in the courtyard too. A bar fridge, electric kettle, cups and wine glasses are provided. There isn’t a sofa or lounge in the room but there are two comfortable cane arm chairs. During your stay At times, there may be family staying upstairs in the main house, which has open verandahs. However we will respect your privacy.
