The space Luxury furnished with lot of antiques,wooden flooring,all bedrooms ocean view,living space 250m2,swimming pool 12x3,5m.Beautiful garden with tropical plants,lot of flowers,total area 1750m2. Villa was built from the best materials,you can find everywhere good quality exotic timber mainly teak and beautiful kumbuk on the floors, decorated with silk, linen and hand woven fabrics.By the way it is my passion to decorate the villa and always add something new. Villa has extremely good maintenance which is so important by the sea side properties. Villa has 3 bedrooms.On the ground floor is one master bedroom with en suite open bathroom and has connecting door to another bedroom. This second bedroom is mostly suitable for kids ( queen size bed 160x200cm).There is also another bathroom on the same floor. On the first floor is second master bedroom with en suite bathroom, huge living room and fully equipped kitchen. From all the rooms even from the kitchen is view at the ocean.Dining area is outside on the upper terrace. Layout of the villa is suitable for 2 couples with kids or group of friends where everyone will have his own privacy. Not to mention huge garden with swimming pool ,pergola area or big terraces on the ground floor with day beds. property. Guest access Guests have access to whole villa. Other things to note Villa is fully staffed.During your stay will take care of you at least 3-4 members of our staff - housekeeper, gardener, cook, night watcher. They are all very experienced and their hospitality is really fantastic. I am very proud of them. We provide in the villa also ayurvedic massages for very discounted prices for our guests. Our experienced therapist will advice you what kind of treatments we provide. I will just mention few of them as full body massage, steam bath,back massage, foot massage and for ladies of course facials and body peelings.I highly recommend you to take these treatments.We have for this purpose natural cabanas in the garden and you can enjoy it just by the sound of the ocean. Very nice experience. Regarding your food you are fully flexible with your decision. You can have full board or just breakfast or dinner, you can eat also outside. Sunitha and her husband will be happy to prepare you delicious and healthy meals srilankan style with lot of vegetables, fishes, fruit, etc. etc. You have possibility to decide if you prefer to have daily meal package of or you would prefer to buy the groceries.
