Welcome to The Salt Box. Our lovely little annexe.Great location-20min walk to Porth Beach, short drive to Newquay and town beaches,10min to Watergate-Fistral in either direction. Good access to A30 to explore Cornwall without getting stuck in town traffic/paying for parking. The annexe is attached to our family home but with it's own separate entrance and small private decking area. The space has been recently renovated and is a light and bright space, perfect for exploring gorgeous Cornwall. The space The space is light and bright with everything you need and a few fun touches. Comfortable sofa. Parking is right outside the property. Lockbox entrance and totally self contained so no contact needed however I am happy to chat about amazing places to visit if you would like to. All amenities are available and we live next door and are happy to provide anything else you require. Comfortable standard double bed. Totally new refurbishment to high standards. TV, wifi, music speaker. Alternative bed option provided if required (2 friends who do not wish to sleep in same bed )etc. Guest access You will share our ample driveway and have the parking space directly outside the annexe. From here it's a few steps to the side entrance of your own front door. We live on the main road into Newquay, which offers great access but can be a busy road in summer. We have sound proof windows which are great and the bedroom is in the back. It is a generally quite area. Other things to note A great place from where to explore both Newquay and the amazing surrounding Cornwall. Our 2 young children are well behaved but of course can be excitable and you may hear them from time to time. We also have 1 timid cat you are unlikely to meet. 5 min in car to Watergate or Lusty Glaze and 15 min to Fistral/Crantock through town.
