On the ground floor is the living room and the fully equipped kitchen of the house and a small storage room. Upstairs are the two bedrooms of the house. One bedroom, with soundproofing, has a balcony, a double bed (1.60x2.00), a spacious closet for your clothes, small furniture, a baby crib if you request it, while the other has a bed (1.40x2.00), a closet and small furniture. Each bedroom has its own air-conditioning inverter. On the ground floor, in the living room, there is also an air-condition inverter that covers the entire floor. The house has heating and hot water continuously, 24/7, from natural gas, while it also has a large solar water heater. It has energy-efficient frames and screens on the windows, the entrance door is a security door and it has thermal insulation and thermal facade everywhere. 100 Mbps WF connection at no extra charge, smart TV. Near the house there are large branded supermarkets, a bakery, a butcher shop, shops with cigarettes, coffee, fast food, cafes, taverns, pizzerias, which you can also find through google map. Across the street from the house is a large park.
