No rebates for the amenities you’re unable to use while you’re quarantined, Thank You for your understanding. The space Featuring free WiFi and an outdoor pool, Knightsbridge Residences Studio is located in Manila, just 0.6 miles from Power Plant Mall. There is a restaurant and guests can have fun at the water park and bowling alley. Greenbelt Mall is 1.1 miles from the property. Private parking is available on site.(FEE) The unit includes a dining area and/or balcony. There is also a kitchenette, equipped with an oven and microwave. A toaster and refrigerator are also provided, as well as a kettle. There is a private bathroom with hot water and a bidet in the unit. Towels and bed linen are featured. Knightsbridge Residences Studio also includes a spa center. Guests can enjoy a drink at the on-site bar, and grocery deliveries and packed lunches are available on request. You can play pool and darts at the property. Glorietta Mall is 1.2 miles from Knightsbridge Residences Studio. Manila International Airport is 4.3 miles away. Makati is a great choice for travelers interested in nature, business, and clothes shopping. For 3 guests and above, we will be giving you bed sheets and pillows for the sofa bed which will be set up by you. We do not do the setup since there is limited space in the studio apartment and would be inconvenient for you to move if set up during the day. However, if you would like to have it set up upon arrival, kindly keep us informed prior to your arrival and we will be more than happy to set it up for you. Note that the area around Knightsbridge is a construction. We do not reside in the Philippines, somebody will do the personal necessities for us. Knightsbridge's front desk, concierge, Engineering services and security is available 24/7. Please make us your first contact in case you need anything. If in any case, I am not reachable (time difference 12 hours behind where we reside), kindly direct your concerns to the front desk and they may be of help. Other things to note - Good Quality Sets of bath towels, foot towels, bed linens, blankets, or comforter are provided. All fresh for every guest. - Please Safe keep the keys and the access card with you always. The Access card will be used for elevator access and might also be needed for the amenities like locker request, gym, pool, sauna. - Essentials/Toiletries, like Soap, Shampoo, toilet papers, will initially be provided. - Complimentary welcome drinks and coffee are provided - Trash bags are provided but if it runs out please ask any of my staff to replenish. You can place your properly tied garbage bags inside the Garbage room\chute located on the same floor. Make sure to empty the trash every night. -Note if you need to clean/change linens upon request with additional surcharges. House Rules • This is a Residential Apartment, please keep Noise level down after 9 PM. • No Partying or Large gatherings, please. There are several restaurants in the area if you need to host a get-together. • Strictly No Smoking Inside the unit, you can smoke in the balcony or at the open common areas. • Pets are not allowed in the unit • No illegal Activities, Gambling, Heavy Drinking. • Bed can conveniently fit 2 persons. If 3rd guest will stay Extra person charge at 700pesos/night and use the Sofa Bed and will be provided extra pillows, towels, blanket. This needs advance notice and the guest needs to be registered. • Laundry services with Pick Up and Delivery, please get a flyer from the Front Desk or ask where is the nearest laundromat • Avoid throwing tissue paper, napkins, or any other items inside the toilets to prevent any issues of clogging. • Please Turn Off all Appliances when not in use • CHECKOUT: Latest is 11 am .Additional requests after the first night of the stay will be charged for the transportation fee for my assistant.
