3 mins to trains~near Cabramatta~private room+bath

Our place is 3 mins walk to Carramar station. From here you can take the train (2 mins) to Cabramatta, aka little Saigon of Sydney where you can indulge yourself in exotic fruits, vegetables and a large arrays of restaurants and eateries. Notes 1. Our place is 1 hour away from Sydney city centre. 2. This is a private room inside our home. It's on the 2nd floor. The host’s room is also on the same floor but you have your own bathroom, toilet, fridge, microwave & kettle and toaster. The space The place is in a quiet neighbourhood and the room has lots of sunlight. You have one of the large rooms upstairs with a queen bed and wardrobe. You have private use of the separate toilet and bathroom. All essentials are provided. If you have a car you can park on street in front of the house. Guest access Due to Covid, please be advised that we will check your body temperature (with a touchless forehead thermometer) when you check in. Sanitiser is provided and door knobs are wiped and cleaned regularly with 100% isopropyl alcohol. For your safety and ours, we no longer provide access to our main kitchen area for cooking. Instead, we provide a separate area upstairs where you have your own microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, cups, plates, bowls and disposable cutlery. Everything is cleaned thoroughly before and after each group's stay. During your stay We respect your privacy and mostly keep to ourselves. However I’m always available if you need any help. If you can’t find me around the house please send me a message through Airbnb. Other things to note If you need to do laundry, there's a laundry service 2 mins down the road from our place.
