Rooms and the drawing room is air-conditioned and there is a sit out where you can sit and relax. Villa is spacious and all the basic amenities like refrigerator,heater,water heater,cupboards,washing machine,iron box and TV with cable connection is also provided. Internet and WIFI facility is also provided at free of charges . The space My villa is located in Thevara ,its between Cochin city (4km) and Fort Kochi beach (10 km).My place is close to Vembanad lake which always flows a gentle breeze to our property. Our villa is close to Kerala folklore museum ( 2 km) which is one of the famous museum in India.Malls, Supermarket's,Restaurants,Medical shops, Hospitals and other facilities is located in (5 km) radius from our property.We ensure you a pleasant stay with a good hospitality services at our place. Guest access Both the rooms will be provided with air conditioning facillity.Guest after two will be provided with the second room as we can accomodate maximum of four guest.For 2 guest will be provided with one ac room with hall and kitchen and the second room will be locked no other guest will access the property, we have done this facility so that even 2 guest can book our property at the price of one room .Villa is spacious and all the basic amenities like refrigerator,solar water heater,, water purifier, cupboards,washing machine,ironbox and TV with cable connection.For double occupancy, guest will be provided with one a/c room with hall and kitchen.the other room will be locked ,no other guest will access the property. Other things to note We request you to not to smoke inside the Villa but you are free to use the outside space and sit out . You have to get prior permission for extra guests.
