Our guest room is perfect for short term individuals: solo adventures, business travellers and students. There is two single beds and small closet, overhead fan as well as air conditioned and private toilet. 5 min walk from Westfield Helensvale, shops & main public transport (Train, Bus and GC tram). 20 min tram ride to Griffith University, GC Hospital. 10 min car ride from theme parks and 45 min from GC and Brisbane Airport. Guest access Access to kitchen (complementary coffee), Dining table, patio area and complex pool. Notice, living room is for private use only. Other things to note We have an friendly Indoor Cat called Mimi.
