The space Our SMALL but cozy beachfront apartment with balcony with view, in Castelldefels-beach is ONLY 25 minutes from BARCELONA, easily reachable by train and enchants our guests with views from the balcony of the Mediterranean Sea. Only one footstep away from the apartment is the beautiful fine sand beach and mile long promenade. Restaurant next door: if you want to listen to the birds all day long not a place for you: here is Spanish life style around during the day. At night is all quiet and peaceful. The train station is in just 3 minutes away from the apartment and the train drops you at the very center of BARCELONA in just 25 minutes. Our apartment will be the perfect starting point to your well-deserved vacation! Whether you want to enjoy Barcelona or a leisurely stroll (or laze) on the beach, swim in the warm waters of the Mediterranean, eat good food in the wonderful restaurants on the promenade, listen to live music, soak in some sun, enjoy the beautiful view sitting on the balcony, explore Barcelona & the surroundings or whatever else you heart desires - You don’t have to go very far! Our small apartment is in 2nd floor and equipped. Sleeps 4 people, ONLY. 36m2 Towels & Bed sheets included. (1 bath towel / person + 1 small towel / apartment) Extra towels or bed sheets are not provided. Toilet paper only one roll for the beginning. No shampoo. 1 Living Room with sofa, table and TV, sea views, entrance to balcony. Balcony with little table and 2 chairs and view to the sea. 1 small Bedroom with a double bed. Bedroom offers Sea views with an entry to the balcony. 1 small Bedroom with two single beds, very small room. (80*180) 1 small bath with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped ( spanish coffee machine, toaster) and has a washer also. Private parking that we share with restaurant is available for our guests, free of charge (street parking free between October - April). It gets very crowded in summer months specially on weekends during the day, only. If you would like to visit during colder off-peak months, the apartment also has heaters. You can explore the magic of Costa Dourada or visit the spectacular sights of Barcelona and Sitges at your leisure. There are several good restaurants offering a variety of Spanish and international cuisines just few meters away and open all year round. If you want to cook at home, the grocery store is within walking distance. Between April and October there are little cozy Beach bars directly on the sand, where one can not only enjoy food specialties and drinks, but also enjoy live music. For those guests interested in a more active lifestyle, there are a plethora of activities ranging from Surfing, Kite-Surfing, Sailing and Beach Volleyball to Yoga on the beach. For those who want to rent a boat or yacht, the port is reachable within an easy 15-minute walk along the beach. For those who want to explore the surrounding areas: the train station is 200 meters away and the bus stops directly in front of the apartment. By train, you can head to Barcelona in just 25 minutes and explore Gaudi’s magnificent architecture or head in the opposite direction and reach the beautiful and quaint town of Sitges in less than half an hour. One can also trek directly from the house and explore the mountains nearby (Park Garraf). For the little ones there are many play grounds directly on the beach all year round. From the airport, our apartment is reachable in less than 15 minutes by car or by train.
