A separate front area comes with an outside table. Two bedroom and two full bathroom cottage with light and bright living room. Easy 1.5 mile walk to downtown Placerville. Short drive to Plymouth wineries or Apple Hill. Sorry, no parties and no smoking allowed. We do accept friendly pets with additional pet fee! The space Master Bedroom features outdoor patio to enjoy your morning coffee. Front area for eating or enjoying the beautiful outdoors. Please note this home does take 25 steps up to the front door. Once you are inside there a few more steps to the main living area. Because of the steps we do not think it is suitable for small children. Guest access We have limited parking. One to two cars fit right in front of the property on the street. PLEASE do not block the driveway...it is our neighbors and not ours. Other things to note It is many steps up to the front door.
