But the house, a few meters from the shore of the lagoon, can also be enjoyed in autumn and winter when you can admire from the windows the extraordinary spectacle of birds (including herons, flamingos and mallards) that, coming to winter in Italy, densely populate the area in front of the house, an ideal place for birdwatching. The house was built in 1968 on a project by the famous architect Alberto Carlo Carpiceci, who chose to buy this land attracted by the extraordinary charm of the lagoon. And so this house is today one of the very few privileged buildings overlooking the beautiful brackish lake.
