Welcome to Heliconia Haven: A lovely Studio with a private entrance. Air-Con/Fan, Ensuite, kitchenette,Netflix, wifi . A continental breakfast is provided. Close to Airport, Bus Stop and Casuarina Shopping Centre, Hospital & a Free Water Park. The local shopping center has: Supermarket, Bakery, Hairdresser, Library, Tavern, BWS bottle shop, Post Office, Doctor, Chemist, Petrol station & 3 Fast Food outlets. Three mins by car or a nice walk. And we are only 15Km or 18 mins, by car, to Darwin CBD. The space Off street parking is available. Once your inside the gate, you enter into a relaxed private front garden. Stroll across the lawn & open the door to your wonderful Darwin stay. WiFi, TV, shared use of the pool & garden. Kitchenette has a fridge, kettle, toaster, pod coffee machine, etc. There is also a two person outdoor setting & small BBQ. Guest access Guests have the use of the front garden, where they have their own two person setting & small BBQ. They are more than welcome to join us on the back veranda for afternoon drinks or just a chat. There is a washing machine, for guests, in the end of the carport & clothes line near the pool.
