Our apartment always maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, it is thoroughly disinfected, bathroom, floors, surfaces, handles, remote controls -at each visitor change. Sheets and towels are washed at 90 degrees C with a special detergent-disinfectant liquid, dried outside in the sun and ironed in high temperature. It is located on the 7rd floor , access by elevator and looks at the back of the building by a big window. Double size bed Cozy kitchen, dining table for 2 people, 2 chairs, this table is a laptop friendly area as well. Experience an amazing stay in this stylish studio that can comfortably accommodate 3 quests, 2 in the double bed and 1 in the armchair bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with anything you may need to cook your own favorite meal. Filter coffee maker, electric oven, refrigerator, pots, pan, cutlery, dishes.glasses,filter coffee, salt, sugar. There is a small wardrobe and an armchair to relax having your coffee. A smart tv is in the studio. The bathroom is equipped with towels and bathroom amenities. There is a shower glass enclosure.The laundry machine is in the bathroom .There is a foldable clothes drying rack, so you will have everything you need to feel like in your home! Enjoy free wifi. During hot summer days you can turn on the aircondition. To relax you can close the shutters providing a cool , dark, comforting space, naturally aired. The studio is the ideal starting point to explore all the city on foot, being very close to every single attraction Thessaloniki has to offer. If you have come by car or you do have a rental car there is a covered parking which you will pay by the day or by the hour, right next to our building door. The neighborhood is full of artisan coffee shops, contemporary bars, and cool pop-up food markets. Just a couple of minutes walk from Aristotelous square, the port of Thessaloniki, Sain Dimitrios churche, Rotonda, the Ancient Roman Agora and several Byzantine monuments and cathedrals. In 3 minutes walking distance there are: pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants and bars. Commercial streets Egnatia and Tsimiski with many shops are very close.
