Furnished studio rooms in the heart of Leichhardt, on the corner of Parramatta & Balmain Roads.Building has lift to 4 levels and 35 studio rooms ( all with own bathroom). Extreme handy location.All units in the building are similar. Some units may have common(shared) balcony. Some units do not have balcony. No room has private balcony.This unit has one double bed.Rooms are not big and suitable for one person to stay for longer time. For two person, it is better to book Deluxe studio. The space Our studios are like hotel rooms (not like the room in the house ). Rooms are not big but clean, comfortable and mordern. Most studios include bed, table,chair , microwave, bar fridge and built-in . Two communal balconies and some studios with shared balcony. Facilities include onsite manager, spacious communal kitchen& living area with gas cooking. . Wheel chair access provided. Pls do not book the room if you expect a large room.( Our studios like hotel rooms). Leichhardt is densely-populated suburb which is only 5KM from CBD. We are in the business center so everything is extremely handy but also please do not expect it is very quiet as rural area. Although we have quiet room not facing main road, we are not the best choice for you if you only want very quiet location. Also there will be plane noise during the day only but not at night. Guest access Communal kitchen/living room. Laundry room. Other things to note To avoid our registered keys( Room key and entrance key) are not returned by the guest, the guest need to pay key deposit $100 at reception when check-in and will get refund back if keys are returned at check-out time. It won't be applied to our returning guests who had stayed at our place before and have good reviews. Returning guests with good reviews will be given keys without paying $100.
