On the furnished terrace with jacuzzi bathtub you enjoy a lot of privacy and can relax on the sunbeds or with a hot bath. Or you prepare something delicious on the electric barbecue and enjoy the beautiful sea view while having dinner. The apartment offers a bright and stylish living room with sofa-bed (for 1 or 2 people), kitchen, air conditioning as well as a large sat-tv (incl. Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime Video). You have to climb stairs. The space The complete kitchen with dining table is equipped with a toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, microwave, baking oven, dish washer, refrigerator and freezer. The adjacent air conditioned bedroom has a large wardrobe as well as a double bed. From here you can reach the modern bathroom with walk-in shower, towels and hairdryer. An electric barbecue, a sun awning and a washing machine are available for you on the terrace with sea view. Guest access The modern and bright penthouse apartment is located in Puerto de Mogán, about 8 minutes walking distance to the beach and the famous marina and offers a private parking spot just in front of the house (free of charge for our guests) and is situated on the 3rd floor (to be reached by stairs). There is wifi available in the entire apartment. Other things to note For families we provide a baby cot, high chair and baby bath-tub. (for free upon availability) Additional cleaning service, changing of bed sheets or towels during your stay are upon request and upon availability at extra charge.
