The place is very close to the ocean. From the apartment, guests can have both ocean and mountain views. The place is close to 2 big hypermarkets (i.e. Freshmart and Transmart), a shopping mall (i.e. Star Square Mall), cinema, eating places, spa, banks, ATM machines, various stores and more. All are just walking distance away. The place is very safe and has security guards. Other shopping malls and hypermarket are just 5 minutes away from the place by car. Concierge is available in the lobby. The space From the apartment you can have beautiful views of Manado. Sunsets will be great time for photo taking. This apartment unit is excellent for travellers and perfect for group and family trips. While we provide one bed and one sofa bed, extra bed is available (with extra charge) by request which makes it good for up to 4 adults to stay. Guest access Guests can enjoy the lobby, the card-access elevator, also the 15th floor where pool and meeting rooms are located. Other things to note Food, groceries, snacks and anything you can imagine are easy to find around the area of the apartment building. An electric stove, a refrigerator, and a pan are available in the apartment. However, in addition, per your request, we can provide an electric water boiler/kettle, a spatula/kitchen scrapper, spoons and forks for reservation made for at least 6 nights. Please make the request in advance. For laundry service, you can consult with the receptionist or the security in the lobby, they will be happy in providing an assistance. They are many laundry services around the building complex. Reservation made within 24 hours may be subject to rejection when the apartment is not ready because someone else may still be occupying. Please consult with the host before you make the reservation within 24 hours to make sure the apartment is ready for your reservation.
