Room with shared bathroom in a nice detached house. My place is walking distance to Puerto Banus, to the beach, 3 Golf Clubs, Marbella Arena, Centro Plaza. My place is good for digital nomads,solo and business travellers, couples. Extras included: Swimming pool, WIFI, beatiful gardens, parking. Near to supermarket, cafe and bars, public bus, most prestigious clubs, bars and restaurants of Marbella and Puerto Banus. Great location and such a relaxing and energising place!!! The space My home is unique due to the location and easy access to Marbella center, the beach and Puerto Banus at the same time that it is gorgeous, peaceful and with open landscaped spaces. My house is located in a beautiful place, full of peace, and with open and landscaped spaces. You just have to enjoy it!! Guest access Shared bathroom with just one room, kitchen, garden, swimming pool and parking. Shared bathroom with only one bedroom and common areas such as kitchen, garden, pool and parking. During your stay I will be available for assistance at any day as I live in the same townhouse/villa. I am available every day. I live in the same chalet. Other things to note House rules - no smoking, no animals, prohibited to invite any outsiders. Always clean immediately after your use and keep the kitchen and the bathroom the same or better as you find, switch off the lights when you aren't using them (DON't forget ON the corridor lights and others), respect silence after 11pm.
