Walking distance from every thing! The space Our home is a very strategic place to stay for tourism and business. The apartment is reachable by stairs and with an elevator on the third and last floor. Sizing more than 250 square meters (2,690 square feet), the space includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms recently renovated (one with hot tub), a living room with a sofa bed for two, separate dining room with precious view on the lake and the mountains, spacious kitchen to enjoy with a table for 10, and three balconies. Our home features art antique furniture, wood parquet & original tile floors. We have the view on an adjoining park and on lake also. Rare in Lugano, we have one free external parking place in private courtyard. Our home also features wifi internet, laundry washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, hairdryer, iron, vacuum cleaner. You can enjoy the whole space to yourself. If I am not in Lugano, there is always someone in charge that is available for any questions or needs. There is a code security box outside the house for the keys , so it is possibile to do the check in and out by yourself. Massagno is one of the best neighbourhoods in Lugano with the best connection for trains, bus, cars & planes. You can start walking from the house and reach the close villages and hills. If you want to walk to the city centre, that's only 15 min, or you can take the bus that stops right across the street. The bus takes you to the city centre and to places like the convention center, museums, Monte San Salvatore or Monte Bre. If you'd like to discover Lugano's beautiful surroundings you can either take the Posta buses from the train station to Tesserete, Val colla, Monte Baro, or catch a train to places like Bellinzona or Locarno for a day trip. Guest access One small room and Some of the closets are not available in the apartment (personal items stored). There is 2 entrances to the House building, guests will have access from both.
