Alarm which can be totally disconnected or used by our guests. -One month refundable security deposit will be due at check in for monthly stay only. If the reservation comes from Airbnb we will only charge 500€ security deposit Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 14h00, if available, requires extra 20€.
