The space **PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO BOOKING** - SEE THE DESCRIPTION BELOW ON PARKING OPTIONS - THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN THE CBD, IT IS SURROUNDED BY RESTAURANTS AND BARS. ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY THERE MIGHT BE SOME NOISE DURING THE NIGHT FROM THESE VENUES (MAINLY HEARD FROM THE FRONT BEDROOM) This fully refurbished apartment offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms (loft queen bedroom has ensuite), an open plan kitchen with stone benchtops and s/s appliances, open plan living area with gas-log fire. We have an extra double mattress we can set up in the main living area or the large front bedroom, this allows up to 8 guests. (We can accommodate 10 guests with the addition of our airbed) This remarkable property has an abundance of features throughout including polished timber flooring, 3.5m high ceilings. The Gas log fireplaces are decommissioned. Heating is now done by the 3 split systems. 3 Split system Air-Conditioners/Heaters. (2 bedrooms and living area) Remote-controlled ceiling windows facing north, bring in an abundance of light. Entrance – Located two doors from the Ballarat Art Gallery. Look for the Speedee dry-cleaning signs, which is now closed. The main door is just to the left. Once you are inside there are a hefty number (27 to be exact) of stairs to climb to get to the apartment. Large Bedroom – Enormous in size, a private retreat just on its own! Featuring a king bed (firm mattress), Ornamental fireplace, and seating area. Overlooking the bustling Lydiard Street. Beware it can get a little noisy in this front room on a weekend so if it’s just 1–2 guests, my pick would be the loft bedroom. Loft Master Suite Bedroom – Upstairs features a spacious room, queen bed (medium mattress) and ensuite. This room overlooks the open plan living area. Third Bedroom – Queen bed (soft mattress) with walk-in robe, located just off the living area. Open Plan Living – Full equipped kitchen. Large lounge area. Six-seater dining table plus three bar stools at the bench. TV & Free Wi-Fi. Main Bathroom – Relax in the large bathtub. Double sized walk-in shower. Double sinks. Hairdryer and all the bath products you might need. The front entrance/stairway is considered not part of the apartment and is therefore accessible to us for deliveries or pickup of linen etc and is monitored by security camera. Your rented space begins at the entry door to the apartment at the top of the stairs. 1 private parking space available. Parking out the front, *local council charges apply. The first hour of parking is free and then it will be $3 an hour after that. If you stay on street from 9am until 5.30pm, it will cost a maximum total of $22.50.
