Each suite has it's own private locked entry from the outside via sliding glass doors accessed by a slate patio. Both suites have their own en suite bathroom with glass showers. The suites are NOT connected to each other internally. The suites have their own completely fenced side yard with a picnic table and their own slate tile patio with 2 rocking chairs and a table. The suite on the right has an antique queen bed with matching nightstands and a large dresser with mirror. There is also a Roku enabled TV, an expandable oak dining/desk set with 3 stools, a ceiling fan, an en suite bathroom and a mini kitchen hidden behind one side of a huge mirrored closet. The mini kitchen contains: Small microwave oven Small Refrigerator toaster coffee makers plates, bowls and utensils glasses & plastic cups The suite is spacious and a full sized air mattress can fit comfortably on the floor. PLEASE let us know in advance if you will be needing us to provide the air mattress. An iron and ironing board are provided. The suite on the left has a California king bed with matching nightstands and matching large dresser and huge mirrored closet. This room also has a ceiling fan and its own en suite bathroom with granite countertops and glass shower. There are also 2 disc chairs for additional seating options. There is central Air conditioning and heat and high speed Wi Fi Guest access There is ample parking available on the property.
