We live on 25 acres, overlooking a lovely valley. Room 1/Queen, Room 2/ is 2 x king singles .Price is per room , per night (inc b/fast provisions) First room $130 pn and if you want both an extra $80.00 per night. Pls specify when you book and I can adjust the price . We only book both rooms for people travelling together.The guest lounge/dining area has TV,DVD, books /games and Wi-fi. Gary's hobby is astronomy and is happy to show you the night sky, if you are interested. The space There is no kitchen ,but there is a small fridge, microwave, cutlery, crockery and glassware in the dining area. Tea /coffee/milk /juice/cereal provided .You are welcome to wander our 25 acres, or just sit on the veranda and look out for the wildlife, and enjoy the serenity and views. Pls contact me regarding room costs /nbr of guests, as we charge per room whether 1 or 2 guests per room. Please note this is a non-smoking property. Children would need to be supervised at all times as we have a dam. Guest access Guests have the bedroom/s booked and private lounge/dining area. During your stay We live on the premises and will welcome you on arrival.
