Welcome to "The Shouse". Set on 55 acres of bush, you will be amazed how close we are to the CBD, less than a 5 minute drive. "The Shouse" has a raw appeal that would be ideal for those who are open to new ideas and experiences. The space has a unique feel and we have sourced unique furnishings to compliment. Our outside area has a private yard with chairs and a fire pit for those lovely New England cool evenings. We offer 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with 2 King Single beds. Please note, the 2 person rate is for the use of 1 bedroom only. If you require extra beds please book accordingly. There is a single bed. Please note, the bed is not in a designated bedroom. It is a walk through communal area next to the separate toilet. It is essentially a spare bed for those who have larger groups and are happy with a little inconvenience. We also provide a continental breakfast, cereals, bread, bacon, eggs, condiments, tea, coffee milk etc for your convenience. If you require anything specific, are Gluten intolerant, please feel free to mention at the time of booking. Free NBN WiFi, air conditioning and a wood fire are also available. Guest access The outside area is fully enclosed and we are very happy to have well behaved dogs stay too. We also have a fully enclosed stable and paddock area if you are travelling with a horse float. Just let us know at the time of booking so we can move our horses if necessary. We have a no party policy. This protects us from uninvited or unlisted guests. We also know from time to time our guests are visiting Armidale relatives and friends. Should you want to invite friends or relatives over would you mind please letting us know in advance if there will be extra guests on the property other than the booking guests. We love to share our space but we also would like to know who we are sharing our space with. Other things to note We have beautiful walking tracks and are just a short bicycle ride away from the Pine Forest which is home to many mountain bike trails.
